Community Events

We sponsor and support all sorts of events for our community.

Our day job keeps us busy in the office. But the Excite Credit Union staff likes to step out at every opportunity and help make things happen in the communities we serve. The following is a list of upcoming events we're participating in or contributing to...or Partner events that we're sharing.  

1st Saturdays - Veggielution - First Saturday of each month

What is Veggielution? The mission of Veggielution is to connect people from diverse backgrounds outdoors through food and farming to build community in East San José. On 1st Saturdays at Veggielution the diversity of our community comes to life.  Excite will be on site to answer questions and provide resources around financial education.

          San Jose Giants  |  Season Starts April 5

Dust off those baseball gloves and get ready to eat lots of churros!  San Jose Giants baseball season starts next month and we'll be out there most Fridays!  Join us for Friday Fireworks!

Dust off those baseball gloves, the Wilmington Sharks baseball season is starting soon!  Excite will be out there to hang out and cheer them on!

  Free Concert Friday at the Eagle's Dare!

Our Mobile Branch will be rocking out select Friday nights at the Eagle's
Dare for their second season of Free Concert Friday.

Please join us for the 2024 Excite Credit Union Annual Meeting of the Members to be held on May 16, 2024 at 6 p.m. online and in-person at our HQ in San Jose (151 Bernal Rd., San Jose, CA 95119).

The following six incumbent Directors and Supervisory Committee members have been re-nominated for election by the Nominating Committee:

2024 Board of Directors Annual Election Notice
Excite Credit Union is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Elections will be held for 2024 for the following volunteer positions:
Three (3) Board of Directors seats with a 3-year term
One (1) Board of Directors seat with a 1-year term
One (1) Supervisory Committee seat with a 3-year term
One (1) Supervisory Committee seat with a 1-year term

The nominations period runs from 1/1/24 through 2/15/24.
