The message is legitimate.  We may send you a text regarding your loan payment to remind you that a payment is due.

Reminder: Excite Credit Union will never call, e-mail or text and ask you for any personal account information, such as access codes, username, password, or account details.

Please Note: To make loan payments using the web payment center, you can either use Express Pay or register and create a username/password. This tool does not utilize the same login credentials as online/mobile banking.

This payment tool is only available for auto and personal loans (not line of credit). For mortgage, credit card, and line of credit payments, please reference the table below for available payment options.  We no longer accept Discover Credit cards for payments, Discover Debit cards are accepted.
