What is Zelle®?
Zelle® is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank or credit union in the U.S., typically within minutes.3 With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank.2
HOW DO I ENROLL IN ZELLE®?
You can send, request or receive money with Zelle®.
To start using Zelle® at Excite CU, you must be enrolled in Mobile or Online Banking. To enroll in Mobile banking, download the Excite Mobile Banking app and locate the Sign Up tab at the bottom and follow the instructions to complete Mobile Banking enrollment. To enroll in Online Banking, visit our website and click the login button at the top, then select the Register link at the bottom. Once enrolled in Mobile or Online Banking you can access “Move Money”, then “Send Money With Zelle®” tab in Mobile or Online Banking to complete a brief one-time enrollment to tell us which email address or U.S. mobile number and deposit account you would like to use to send and receive money with Zelle®.

3 Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle®.
